Liberal Democrat Conference backs plans to devolve more powers to Scotland and Wales

Liberal Democrat Autumn Conference today backed plans to endorse the work of the Calman Commission on Scottish devolution and commit to pressing for further powers to be devolved to the National Assembly for Wales.
